Persatuan bank di Malaysia telah bersetuju secara prinsipal untuk menambah bahasa Tamil di mesin ATM. Orang Islam di Malaysia terutama orang Melayu yang lebih 14 juta tak nak perjuangkan ke tulisan Jawi dalam mesin ATM?
Bukankah kehebatan Kesultanan Islam Melayu Melaka bangkit dek tulisan Jawi, bukan tulisan Rumi?

Group wants banks to use Tamil in ATMs
MAKKAL Osai has reported that the Malaysian Tamil Pavalar Council has said that the Association of Banks in Malaysia has agreed in principal to use Tamil in automated teller machines (ATMs).
Its president A.R. Subramaniam said that although many requests had been made for Tamil to be included in banking transactions in the past, no positive reply had been received from the relevant banks.
He said ATMs currently used three languages - Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
He said that many banks were reluctant to include Tamil as they did not have Indian officers proficient in Tamil and they would have a problem in verifying particulars written in Tamil.
He said the association had agreed to look into the possibility of getting the banks to include Tamil in the daily banking operations.
