Everyone knows, but nobody dears to say it.
The crisis of capitalism is capitalism itself. Capitalism is the system of Riba. It is in ruins. It is defeated. Allah has caused its defeat. We are trapped by capitalism throught its tentacles of false logic we call Economics which includes its Salafi or modernist version, the so called Islamic Economics. We are trapped by a legal constitutional system which endorses itself above the Shariah and limits and filters the Shariah in order to comply with the international capitalist order set after WWII.
Debt which ruins people now is affecting entire countries. This debt is immoral. We declare that paying an immoral debt is immoral. Paying haram debt is haram. Nothing is more obscene than having to pay for the debt incurred by somebody else. We declare that National Debt is immoral and is haram.
Here are 5 assertive points of intention of how to deal with the issue of National Debt:
1] Repudiation of National Debt, not only of the existing odious debt, but of the concept of it.
2] Expropiation of all industries that either represent a natural monopoly or they had raised their capital by borrowing from national banks using the social credit of the nation through illegal private banking inflation.
3]Abolition of the legal tender Law and fiat currency, followed by the restitution of the freedom to trade and choose our medium of exchange. Minting of the Shariah currency.
4]Nationalization of all banks and lending institutions, consolidation of all of them into a single financial institution and its transformation into Wadia institutions, providing safekeeping accounts, Wakala payment systems and Qirad services based our Dinar and Dirham.
5] Assertion of independence from any agreement, treaty, contract, obligation and any relation to World Bank, International Monetary Fund and United Nations. We declare those three institutions criminal under Islamic Law.
These are the initial steps in which can rebuild Muamalat. And Victory belongs to Allah.
