I just booked the PO with approx. value of USD 350K. It's just budget only, this will be adjusted based on the actual participants & expenses.
One more information, As Ma'aden standard policy, usually advance payment applicable for the materials & capex. Considering this training services, booked with Net-30 days payment. Pls accept as it is.

5. Price Validity : Ma'aden strongly prefer to have this costing unaltered for the period of 6 to 12 Months. As presuming, in the event of successful feed-back from 1st batch. This will be extended to other batches too.
Ma'aden General Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment Terms : NET-30 days from the date of submission of invoice. Invoice shall be submitted thru MA-Portal.
2. Course Schedules – Will be agreed later.
3. Terms & Conditions – Services attached. It just corporate standard terms.
4. Bank Details needs to be filled, signed and forward the scanned copies.
We are looking for more reduced proposal than budgetary one(USD 2220/-)
