As a reminder for those sending our forwarding emails. To avoid those msg becoming junk and go unread, and becoming big in size unnecessarily, I would appreciate if sender put some effort in making it nicer and more attractive to reader. Some suggestions include:

Help Palestine [hidayahnet] Sexual Education from an Islamic Perspective » MuslimMatters.org

It is never easy to talk to the children about sex or sex related issues. In fact, even more difficult is to decide at which age we should educate them about these issues though we must realize that Sex Education is more than just explaining intercourse to the children, and it may not be as difficult to get to the real topic if we keep taking care of the smaller issues related to it from an early age.

Raising children with Islamic values entails frequent religious discussions at home, including Qur'an and hadeeth studies. I said earlier that it doesn't have to be at a "scholarly" level, rather, it involves simple studies of the meanings of Qur'anic verses, reading ahadeeth books, discussing Islamic articles or listening to online lectures, etc.

Prophet (sal Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said:

"Whosoever gives me a guarantee to safeguard what is between his jaws and what is between his legs, I shall guarantee him Jannah." (Bukhari)

As eager parents for the betterment of our children's akhirah, we keenly train them in safeguarding what is between their jaws from a very early age, like ensuring that they know the harms of lying, backbiting, hurting others' feelings with their tongue, and not using offensive words, but we ignore the same emphasis on safeguarding what is between their legs. We think that shutting down conversation about private parts is sufficient to teach them how to safeguard it. We must acknowledge that the issue of safeguarding private parts is repeatedly mentioned throughout Islamic texts:

وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ

"And those who protect their private parts" (Mu'minoon: 5)

وَالْحَافِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمْ وَالْحَافِظَاتِ وَالذَّاكِرِينَ اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَالذَّاكِرَاتِ أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةً وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا

"…and the men who guard their private parts and the women who guard…Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a mighty reward." (Ahzab: 35)

When children go through these ayahs or ahadeeth, they ask questions and we must be ready to, age-appropriately, answer their questions.

Educating children about their body parts:

Private Zone: From a younger age, around 2-5, children should be taught about their private parts and the necessity of keeping them covered and protected from others. As mentioned before, it is very important to educate them about molestation. Young children need frequent reminders. It may be a good idea to talk to them every now and then about how their private parts are off limits for anyone else and if anyone ever tries to touch them, then they must immediately tell their parent/s.

One of the common misconceptions is to believe that educating or emphasizing the importance of safeguarding private parts will put "ideas" in a child's mind. A number of parents follow the "don't ask, don't tell" methodology. This is not only wrong but is equally harmful. We talk to our children about the perils of talking to strangers or crossing the road, etc. because we realize the dangers of keeping children ignorant about their safety, hence we prepare them ahead of time. Similarly, if this subject is left unexplained, we leave the doors of danger open for our children.

Curiosity: Sometimes children become curious about others' body parts. If they are not explicitly taught what is expected of them, and especially why, then they cannot be blamed for "experimenting" with their own, their sibling's, or their friend's private areas.

Spiritual Hygiene: As we teach them the physical hygiene of their private parts, we must concentrate on the spiritual hygiene also: Tell the children that Allah loves those who protect their private parts, and doing the opposite is pleasing to shaytaan. This can be explained in an age appropriate way. As they grow older, the deeper meaning of the ayahcan be told.

When the discussion about the body parts is kept open from the beginning, it only makes it easier to take it to the next step. As the children grow above 5 years of age, parents should determine according to each child's level of maturity and circumstances in educating them about more complicated issues. Nevertheless, IF a child asks a question, it must be answered truthfully.

Let us discuss a few commonly asked questions:

What is the difference between a girl and a boy?
Where do babies come from?
Why can't mommy pray?
How does the baby get in mommy's tummy?
What is Sex? (a number of questions go under this category) Why do people want to have GF/BF? What is adultery (zina)? Why do people commit adultery? And so on.

Parents, always keep in mind:

Tell the truth: Remember babies don't come from the stork.
Keep a smile on your face, but don't joke around.
Make an eye contact; appear confident even if your heart is beating 200 beats/min.
Only answer the question; don't voluntarily offer too much information.
Appreciate them for approaching you and not asking anyone else.

I'm going to suggest a few answers for each question. Let's discuss them in order:

1. What is the difference between a girl and a boy?

Explain the difference between a girl and a boy including the difference between the private parts using whatever names a child may have for their private parts. It is a good time to shortly and age-appropriately drop a line or two about how their bodies are different and that's why Allah has made them responsible for different tasks in life. They can also be told about how emotionally they are different too, but this explanation may not sink in until after 8-10 years of age. It will help them understand the different roles and responsibilities Allah has assigned to different genders.

2. Where do babies come from?

Draw a small diagram to show a child where babies stay in mother's womb and how Allah'azza wa jall has given the mother's body the capability to pass out the baby through the private parts. They will be surprised and let them be. Explain to them that this is the system Allah has made. Most likely they will ask, "Does it hurt?" Be honest and say, "Yes it does, and that is one of the reasons why Allah has made mothers so special and has ordered children to listen to their mothers and fathers."

Seize the opportunity to teach them what Allah has asked them as children:

وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ إِحْسَانًا ۖ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ كُرْهًا وَوَضَعَتْهُ كُرْهًا ۖ وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْرًا ۚ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَبَلَغَ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً قَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي ۖ إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِي

It is also a good time to encourage them to memorize the du'a. This way, not only have you answered them truthfully, but you also showed them that discussing these issues, in a respectful manner, is not a taboo in Islam as Allah Himself has acknowledged a mother's difficulty of child bearing.

I remember my son once said, "I am so glad my wife will get pregnant and not I!" I told him to appreciate his wife for going through the difficulty. It is also a good way to start training our young sons to be responsible and kind husbands from an early age.

3. Why can't mommy pray?

After a certain age, blood passes through woman's private areas and she cannot pray or fast during that time. Next, explain briefly and in simple terms the biological reason of periods. Make sure you don't overlap into the topic of reproduction.

If your child asks why you (or someone else) is not praying, please do not give false or tricky answers like, 'I've already prayed' or 'I don't have wudu', etc. We have discussed this before that false information is a lie.

When my daughter was around 6, I told her that something happens in a woman's body and she cannot pray during that time. I explained to her that this is what Allah has said in the Qur'an, and when she is older I would explain to her fully but if she becomes very curious and wants to know then she should ask me. She agreed. Later, once she started reading Bulugh-ul-Maram, around 8 years, I explained it to her. I also advised her not to educate her younger sibling about it and that she should keep the discussions/questions between us. However, if she was going to a public school, I would have told her earlier.

Also, this was 8 years ago. Unfortunately, the way our society is progressing, I would not take the same approach with my younger one. Hence I advise if your daughter is around 5 or 6, then educate her about menstruation depending on her level of maturity.

Training our sons to be better caretakers of their womenfolk:

Similarly, explain menstruation to your sons as well. Also, take this opportunity to explain to them the hormonal changes and emotional difficulties that a female goes through at this time. Encourage them to be patient with their mothers and sisters and remind them to be understanding towards their womenfolk's mood swings. Again, it is a good way to train our sons to be good future husband and care takers of their womenfolk.

On August 24, ISIS captured Tabqa air base in northern Raqqa, the biggest Assad regime fortress and last in the area. At least 170 of Assad's troops were killed and 150 captured. Assadis are fleeing despite air support.

In his latest statement to New Trend [August 24] he sees the way forward thus:
1. 1. Allah is Just. Allah will make Final Judgment against the oppressor and the aggressor. Those who did not participate in the killing of defenseless people in Gaza but did and said nothing also face Allah's Wrath. It is quite obvious that in spite of the most horrible Israeli atrocities, many Muslims simply did nothing.

2. Read the Qur'an. It has not only exposed the open enemies of Islam but also the munafiqun. The Qur'an speaks extensively about the hypocrites [munafiqun]. The distinguished Islamic scholar Ibn al-Qayyim said that much of the Qur'an is about the hypocrites.

3. After this war in Gaza, there will be a different war. The enemy has discovered the weaknesses of the Muslims and in turn Muslims have discovered the enemy's weaknesses. So, US Muslims, don't put away your placards, signs and flags. Prepare yourself for the next conflict which will spread around the globe.

4. In the next phase, the tunnels will go all the way to Tel Aviv and to Jaffa. The struggle will be on the sea and the land and everywhere . New technologies, creativity, progressive thinking will be required.

5. We must remove BORDERS, not only from our lands but also from our HEARTS and SOULS. The borders have been imposed on us. There is no such thing as "Saudi" Arabia. It is a fake. We are ONE UMMAH. We must LIBERATE PALESTINE and LIBERATE Masjid al-Aqsa and for that these imposed borders must be removed.

6. We are facing the new CRUSADES. Remember the crusaders came from all over Europe and they successfully occupied Palestine. The fighting went on for generations. In this NEW CRUSADE today, Jews have come from all over the world to occupy Palestine by force. The struggle to end the occupation will go on for a long time.

7. The future is bright owing the blood of the SHUHADA and owing to the resistance of the people.

Revolutionary Khutba

The way to Hell fire and the way to Paradise: Specific Directions.

Khutba on Gaza and Ferguson: Muslims of America! Wake up!

On August 22, the juma' khutba was given by Br. Kaukab Siddique at Masjid Jamaat al-Muslimeen in Baltimore, Maryland. After juma a number of people discussed the khutba with the khateeb and expressed deep appreciation. The audience included African Americans, Senegalese, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis.

Here are a few points from the khutba:

1. We live in troubled times. To behave like Muslims in America, we must have Ilm or knowledge.

2. Study the Qur'an and hadith and be aware of what is going on in the Muslim world and in America.

3. Establish the 5 prayers. The Prophet, pbuh, compared prayers to his mairaj or visit to the heavens where he came close to the PRESENCE of Allah.

4. The "asalamu alaykum" we say to conclude the prayer is a du'a of well wishing not to the angels who pray with us but to each other. So make a du'a for the person sitting next to you.

5. All our prayers and religious activities are nullified if we cooperate with oppressors.

6. These could be tyrants, traitors, corrupt rulers, anti-Islamic forces like Zionism and imperialism, brutal police forces and those who exploit women and children. The Qur'an leaves no doubt about this cooperation:

"And incline not towards those who are oppressors lest the Fire should touch you, and you have no protectors other than Allah, nor would you then be helped." [The Qur'an 11: 113]

7. "incline not" means, according to Hadith, that the slightest, even mental, support for oppressors is not permitted. As a follower of the sahaba, r.a., indicated that if a tyrant drops his pen and you pick it up for him, it is haram.

8. In Islam there is no question of working with or supporting oppressors, be they governments or individuals or corporations.

9. At this time, the oppressors, the Israelis, theYahood, are committing horrendous crimes against humanity, even shredding the bodies and brains of little babies with their late model bombs, missiles and long range artillery.

10. How accursed is he or she who has the slightest soft corner for this monster called Israel. Not only we should speak out against Israel, we must boycott all Zionists and the products of those who support Zionism, such as nestle and CocaCola.

Part II:

11. We all commit sins and we all have shortcomings. We hope and pray that we will not be put into hell fire for our misdeeds.

The Prophet, pbuh, has taught many ways to save ourselves from, but of these the one way which is the most sure way of avoiding the fire of hell is to FREE SLAVES.

"One who frees a Muslim man, each bone of his body will be freed for each bone of the slave, from the fire of hell, and one who frees two Muslim women from slavery, his body parts and bones will be freed from the fire of hell for their bones and body parts." [Hadith of Prophet Muhammad, pbuh, in Sunan of Ibn Maja, narrated by Kaab bin Murra, r.a., chapter on slavery.]

12. You might say, there are no slaves now as were those who were chained and whipped and forcibly brought to America from Africa. That would mean you are ignoring the permanent value of the Prophet's, pbuh, teachings.

13. All these people who are helpless in their lives are in a way slaves. Those who are trapped in economic difficulties, too are slaves. Those who are brainwashed into addiction, mistreatment of women, adulation of celebrities and powerful people, they too are slaves.

14. And all these helpless, drifting, people are looking for a way out of this mess. They are all potential Muslims.

15. Look at what the police are doing across America. Police can shoot down and kill anyone at the slightest pretext, especially the poor and the Black. Our entire communities are being treated like slaves. If I take my wallet out of my pocket, I can be shot down like a dog and all the policeman has to say is that he thought my wallet was a gun.

15. Look at police brutalities and shootings right here in Baltimore: They can in no way be justified.

16. Look at Ferguson, Missouri, where people have to demonstrate day and night for weeks just to bring justice to one police officer who committed murder in broad daylight, shooting down an unarmed man, sort of like Gaza where the Zionist Jews swoop in with their late model jets and wipe out entire families including babies.

Dear Muslims, pray for the victory of Islamic battle formations across the globe. Long live Palestine.

Paradoxically Jizya Tax Which ISIS wants could Unite Christians and Muslims.

Islam does not Urge Muslims to Fight Christians.

The followers of Jesus, pbuh, are not allowed to go to war. The New Testament does not teach fighting. Turn the other check is the authentic Christian teaching.

This highly moral teaching also makes Christians vulnerable to violence and oppression. The teachings of Jesus, pbuh, are under attack from within the ranks of conventional "Christians" themselves who teach war and aggression.

Thus when an Islamic group urges Christians to pay jizya and live in peace within the Islamic domain, that its a rare opportunity for Christian Muslim unity. Christians will be able to practice their religion of non-violence and Muslims have the opportunity to show that they will protect and defend those Christians and guarantee their religious and civic rights.

Huge Sentences for non-Violent association with Boston Bomber

Dias Kadyrbayev Offers Plea: Helpless Muslims with poor Legal Support.

Shocked by his best friend, Azamat Tazhayakov's trial outcome, and with a September 8 trial date fast approaching, Dias Kadyrbayev, who is being held in solitary confinement, has decided to accept a plea bargain, acknowledging that "Boston has already decided on guilt."

David Frank reported in Mass Lawyers Weekly, "Kadyrbayev's New Jersey lawyer, Robert Stahl, confirms that his client will indeed change his plea. Although Stahl declined to comment on the particulars of the deal until after the hearing, it is likely that the parties have signed some type of written agreement laying out the terms of the plea. The agreement will then be submitted to Woodlock for his approval."

The UMass-Dartmouth classmate of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev pled guilty on August 21 to conspiracy and obstruction of justice, the sentence for which is 25 years. According to the plea deal, Dias will serve not more than 7 years for disposing of some fireworks that had no connection to the bombing. US Attorney Stephanie Siegmann is asking for all seven years.

"You understand that you're pleading guilty to two charges... those are serious federal charges," Woodlock said, adding that Dias is giving up any and all rights to a full trial.

Dias said, "Yes sir" to the judge that he's giving up his right to challenge the evidence against him.

In agreeing to the plea deal, Dias agreed to be deported after time served. The judge did not make an immediate decision regarding accepting or rejecting the plea bargain.

Dias decided to admit to hiding both Jahar's laptop and backpack. Azamat was found not guilty regarding bringing home the laptop. He was however found guilty of throwing away the backpack despite claims that Dias was the one who tossed it.

"So, today he formally accepted full responsibility for his actions and sincerely apologizes," said defense Attorney Stahl. "Dias now understands he never should have gone to the dorm room... never should have taken any items from that room."

Azamat is to be sentenced Oct. 16. Dias is set to be sentenced Nov. 18.

"Thanks be to Allah who gave victory to our brethren in (the town of) Gwoza and made it part of the Islamic caliphate," Abubakar Shekau said in the 52-minute video.

He declared that Gwoza, in Borno state, now has "nothing to do with Nigeria".

"By the grace of Allah we will not leave the town. We have come to stay," said Shekau, who has been designated a global terrorist by the United States and sanctioned by the UN Security Council.

The United Nations humanitarian office (OCHA) earlier this month confirmed reports that Gwoza was under rebel control.

Boko Haram is also believed to be in control of other areas near Gwoza in southern Borno, as well as large swathes of territory in northern Borno and at least one town in neighbouring Yobe state.

Mapping the precise areas which have fallen into Islamist hands is nearly impossible.

There are few humanitarian workers on the ground in the northeast, travel is dangerous and the region, which has been under a state of emergency since May of last year, has poor mobile phone coverage.

Experts have described Boko Haram's gains in recent weeks as unprecedented, saying the group was closer than ever to achieving its goal of carving out a strict Islamic state across northern Nigeria.

But many analysts believe the military has the capacity to reverse the insurgents' advance.

Soldiers this week refused to deploy to fight Boko Haram.

Salam.. mohon kerjsama moderator dan semua sahabat2 tlg sebarkan..

Jika ini solat terakhirku, apakah solat ku di terima Allah SWT tanpa memperbaiki solat ku setiap hari dengan mencari ilmu perbaiki ibadah solat.

Kita boleh menjadi orang yang paling bersih rohani dan paling hampir dengan Allah. Jika kita mengerjakan solat dan tidak berasa takut menempuh kematian dengan mengetahui rahsia-rahsia nya. Apa yang perlu kita lakukan sebagai khalifah di muka bumi ini, dan kita sendiri pasti mengetahui betapa pentingnya kewajipan bersolat dan pensyariatannya. Kita sbg seorang muslim yang melaksanakan solat pastinya kita tahu tahap pengetahuannya tentangnya.

Tidak semua orang yang kusyuk dalam solatnya, sedangkan kekusyukan itu amat penting. Justeru marilah ibubapa didiklah anak-anak daripada kecil agar perbaikikan solat mereka. Ikuti kami dalam Kem Kesempurnaan Solat pada musim cuti sekolah yang semakin hampir.

Injil berusia 1.500 Tahun. (higherperspective)

Perdebatan panjang tentang nasib Nabi Isa AS, atau Yesus Sang Juru Selamat dalam pandangan agama Kristen, tak pernah lekang ditelan bergulirnya zaman. Perdebatan itu bahkan tampaknya akan kembali menguat seiring klaim ditemukannya kitab Injil berusia lebih dari 1.500 tahun.

Menurut situs higherperspective.com yang dikutip situs Inilah.com hari Ahad (24/8/2014), dalam kitab Injil versi Barnabas yang ditemukan itu terdapat pernyataan bahwa Nabi Isa AS atau Yesus, tidak pernah disalib. Yang disalib adalah sahabat, Yudas Iskariot, atau dalam ajaran Islam disebut sebagai "orang yang diserupakan dengan Nabi Isa AS", sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam Al-Quran surat An-Nisa ayat 157. Injil Barnabas dikenal sebagai Injil di luar Injil-injil kanonik yang direstui dan diresmikan Vatikan, yakni Injil-injil Matius, Markus, Lukas dan Yohanes.

Sejalan dengan sejarah yang dicatat Islam, Injil tua itu menyatakan bahwa Yesus langsung diangkat ke surga, sementara Yudas dengan iradah Allah disamarkan sehingga menyerupai Yesus dan disalibkan dalam prosesi sebagaimana yang diyakini selama ini.

Jika ditelusuri pada situs barnabas.net, di BAB 112 pada Injil Barnabas menyebutkan bahwa Nabi Isa (Yesus) bercerita kepada Barnabas bahwa dirinya akan dibunuh. Namun, kata Nabi Isa, Allah akan membawanya naik dari bumi. Sedangkan orang yang dibunuh sebenarnya adalah seorang pengkhianat yang wajahnya diubah seperti Nabi Isa.

Dan orang-orang akan percaya bahwa yang disalib itu adalah Nabi Isa. "Tetapi Muhammad akan datang… Rasul Allah yang suci," kata Nabi Isa. Nama Nabi Muhammad juga disebut pada Bab 136, 163, dan 220. Jika dikaitkan antara isi injil Barnabas dengan berita dari higherperspective.com yang menyebutkan bahwa yang disalib adalah sahabat nabi Isa, maka berarti ini yang disalib adalah sahabat nabi Isa AS yang telah berkhianat.

Pada tanggal 28 Februari 2012 lalu telah diberitakan bahwa telah ditemukan di Turki sebuah Injil berusia 1.500 tahun yang menceritakan kedatangan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Menteri Budaya dan Pariwisata Turki pada saat itu, Ertugul Gunay, mengatakan sejalan dengan keyakinan Islam, Injil ini memperlakukan Yesus sebagai manusia bukan Tuhan. Fakta ini, sekaligus menolak ide konsep tritunggal dan penyaliban Yesus. (dakwatuna/hdn)

Untuk siapakah profil syarikat ditulis?

Jika sesuatu penulisan itu diterbitkan, maka haruslah ada sasaran pembacanya. Begitu juga dengan profil syarikat yang mempunyai sasarannya yang tersendiri. Terdapat beberapa sebab profil syarikat penting dan perlu dalam sesebuah organisasi hari ini. Pendekatan penulisan yang berbeza dilakukan seiring dengan sasaran pembaca atau penilainya.

Kebiasaannya profil syarikat ini dibangunkan mengikut kepentingan seperti yang dinyatakan di bawah:

i. Pelanggan sasaran

Profil syarikat ditulis bagi memberikan penerangan dan butiran berkenaan syarikat anda kepada pelanggan agar skop perniagaan dapat dilihat dengan jelas oleh pihak pelanggan khususnya.

Kebiasaannya, profil syarikat yang disediakan untuk pelanggan sasaran anda haruslah mengandungi segala maklumat dan kenyataan produk yang ingin disampaikan mengikut keperluan permintaan pelanggan sasaran tersebut.

Contoh:

Syarikat anda menjalankan perusahaan kosmetik, maka semestinya anda perbanyakkan maklumat mengenai kebaikan dan imej-imej produk yang ditawarkan dalam profil syarikat anda.

ii. Badan kerajaan

Badan kerajaan merupakan sebahagian daripada kelompok sasaran pelanggan tetapi berbeza dari sudut keterampilan perbentangan profil syarikat, iaitu butiran dan kerja-kerja yang pernah dijalankan disediakan dengan terperinci. Hal ini demikian kerana anda berhubung dengan pihak kerajaan, maka sudah semestinya segalanya agak kompleks dan spesifik.

Bahagian kewangan selalunya menjadi isu apabila berhadapan dengan pelanggan bagi kategori ini. Hanya syarikat yang mempunyai kewangan yang kukuh mendapat menjadi perhatian. Oleh itu, harus diingatkan bahawa anda perlu menitikberatkan maklumat dalam bahagian ini.

Sertakan juga maklumat kejayaan syarikat anda menyempurnakan kerja-kerja atau projek sepanjang syarikat ditubuhkan sebagai rujukan.

iii. Tender

Kemasukan sesuatu tender memerlukan dokumen sampingan yang menjelaskan kekuatan sesebuah syarikat. Oleh itu, syarikat anda haruslah menyediakan profil syarikat yang lengkap dan menarik perhatian pihak penilai tender.

Jika syarikat anda terlibat dalam sesuatu kemasukan tender, dokumen sampingan yang relevan perlu disertakan sekali seperti brosur (brochure) produk atau perkhidmatan, imej-imej tertentu seperti lukisan pelan (jika terlibat dengan produk fizikal), salinan profil berbentuk cakera padat secara interaktif (ini adalah untuk mewujudkan kelainan) dan juga lampiran maklumat syarikat yang bekerjasama dengan syarikat anda seperti pembekal, tenaga kerja dan pengeluar bahan mentah.

iv. Institusi kewangan

Profil syarikat juga diperlukan oleh pihak bank dalam menilai pertimbangan sesebuah syarikat untuk mengeluarkan pinjaman perniagaan. Aspek penting yang perlu diberi penekanan berkaitan dengan bahagian pengurusan kewangan. Segala projek atau kerja yang pernah dijalankan perlu dimasukkan dalam profil syarikat anda.

Anda haruslah memastikan segala maklumat tersebut adalah tepat dan sah bagi tujuan pemeriksaan dan rujukan institusi kewangan tersebut.

v. Pihak berkuasa tempatan

Kadangkala profil syarikat perlu diserahkan kepada pihak berkuasa tempatan bagi tujuan kelulusan menjalankan perniagaan dan tujuan rekod. Profil jenis ini memadai dengan hanya membentangkan butiran perniagaan yang dijalankan. Anda tidak perlu memberikan data terperinci dan secara khusus.

Hal ini demikian kerana kebiasaannya pihak berkuasa tempatan akan membuat rujukan berdasarkan profil syarikat jika berlaku sebarang masalah dan isu berbangkit terhadap sesebuah syarikat tersebut semasa atau setelah kerja-kerja dijalankan.
