Those who obey Allah and His Messenger will be admitted to gardens with rivers flowing beneath, to abide therein (for ever) and that will be the supreme achievement.
(Surah 4. An-Nisa, Verse 13)
The Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) was known as the seal of the prophets due to the fact that he was the last prophet to be sent by Allah(SWT).
As musilims we should all try to live according to the way that Rasulullah (SAWS)used to live.
here is a list of a few sunnahs of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS), this sunnahs are very easy to do, you can practise them at home easily!
LIST OF BASIC SUNNAHS OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SAWS)
~Smile often
~recite the dua for wakeing up:
Alhumdullilah hiladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilakal maseer
~Use a miswak
~ say the dua for entering the bathroom:
Allahuma ini au'dhubika minal kabuthi wal khabaith
~say bismillah before makeing wudu
~ read the shahada after makeing wudu
~reply to the call of the adhan
~do tasbih after salah
~recite the ayatul kursi after salah
~ wash your hands before eating
~ say bismillah before speaking
~Drink honey water before breakfast
~ eat an odd number of dates throughout the day
~eat with the right hand from the food in front of you
~rinse your mouth after eating
~ drink water while sitting
~ Drink water in three sips
~ say alhumdullilah after eating or drinking
~ comb you hair starting from the right side
~say Allahuakbar when climbing up stairs
~ say subhanallah when going down stairs
~ say salam to fellow muslims
~ make wudu before sleeping
~apply surma before sleeping
~ read or listen to surah mulk before sleeping (Surah 29)
~ dust your bed before lying down
~ say the dua before sleeping:
Allahuma bismika amathu wa ahya
~ Do Ghusl on friday
~ cut your nails within 40 days
~ upon wakeing up rub your eyes and face with your hands
JUST THINK ABOUT IT, DOING ANY OF THE ABOVE SUNNAHS WILL GRANT YOU REWARD FROM ALLAH (swt), MAY ALLAH GIVE US ALL THE WILL TO FOLLOW THE PATH OF MUHAMMAD (saws) AND LIVE AN ISLAMIC LIFE:)
